However, there are a few tips for meditation, which will help you improve your performance, regardless of the meditation method you follow.

Your physical condition has a huge impact on your mind. This applies to your day to day activities, but even more so when it comes to meditation. You can prepare your body for meditation by eating the right foods, and by coming to meditation with an empty stomach.Eating the right food, means that foodstuffs which strengthens the body, but does not have a negative effect on the mind.If you consume products that the spirit dull or hyperactive will find it much more difficult to meditate. And what is your diet, if you sit down to meditate, it must be on an empty stomach. That is why one of the best times to meditate in the morning, before you've had your breakfast.
