Knees, chest and Chin-Ashtanga yoga Namaskara Is the attitude of the week


A few months ago, I tweeked my shoulder comes in a chaturanga than das ana early in class before I was really warmed up. Since then, I made sure to do knees, chest and Chin for my first handful of vinyasas, even if the teacher chaturanga right off the bat. It's all part of the process of learning of your practice to fit your needs.
