How to meditate on feel better?
"Meditate is like taking a trip on a train".
Imagine that you are on a train trip.You are faced with the window. as the train moves, are you aware of the surrounding landscapes. You also notice that the train stops in certain cities, and that sometimes it is held.
Regardless of what is happening there and what city, train stops at you in your seat. You continue on your trip, let the train '' you carry to destination.
This is what happens in meditation.
Those thoughts, images and emotions can keep on, but you remain in your seat and do not engage in anything that comes in your way. Although you might be tempted to leave your seat and go with the thoughts, emotions and feelings, you in your seat.The only thing that you are aware of is your physical Office, i.e. your grounding points, your physical structure and breath your.
All you have to do is to let you translation por ted by the breath. the more you are willing to stay in your seat & "let yourself go" to the breath, the further you travel since there is not an end to this trip. it carries on and on, you move to different places.
Conscious awareness of the breath is the easiest way to start of meditation. This is everything you need to learn how to meditate and to get far with your meditation.
How to meditate-instructions:
Sit comfortably
in a quiet place
for at least 1 minute
aware of your breath
with an attitude of love and acceptance to yourself.
Keep your regular 1 minute practice at the same time of the day. do this at least once a day.The now journey begins!
You will be surprised how this small step will change your life!

Can I change meditation?
If you learn how to meditate, it is strongly recommended that you change your daily meditation, until you have learned how to get into a State of meditation and what meditation is really about.
If you click change, and experiment with different meditation techniques such as sounds, mantras, meditation music etc., you're probably not far to get lost.Persevere and focus on the breath.
How should I sit for meditation?
If you learn how to meditate, to make sure that you really comfortable in your seat what that means for you, for example, in a comfortable chair, bank, etc.It is a good idea to support the spine against a wall, cushion, seat, and so on.Muscles need not be strained. make sure that you will not be interrupted by sudden sounds in the time you will learn not to go with any background noise.

What can happen during the trip?

Learn to not to attend negative thoughts and emotions can be a long time., to meditate as harmony within the body, mind, spirit system. until you get to a place of harmony, are you just exercise concentration and sense withdrawal.
Meditation is triggered whenever a continuing stream of consciousness, which does not come by willpower to apply or is by controlling the mind, but by the experience of an area of harmony and freedom. When you are in this space, there are no thoughts and feelings.
It may seem like a contradiction. This is why meditation should be exercised. it is hard to see what I can with words.
Are there physiological changes?
If you learn to meditate and exercising regularly can physiological changes occur in your body. If the body is not for them, a feeling that the heart rate is jumping or stop, a sense of vibrate or is outside of time and space can be experienced for volatile times during meditation.
Why should I bad feelings and thoughts?
This question is not useful, as it keeps you emotionally aroused and entangled in thoughts and feelings. ' why ' is not important; what matters is that "you have a choice ' to go on that way.
In meditation, you are not your brain to follow the same pattern over and over and over wiring. to win over the initial resistance, you may need to identify the meditataion the most "natural" thing feels.
How about if I experience intense negativity?
If you learn how to meditate, you need to come from a place of acceptance and love. you are experiencing a phase of negativity to yourself or others, which is really interfere with your meditation, please use the following (or a similar confirmation): I deeply love & & fully accepting myself. Keep on repeating until you feel you are in a neutral State, then back to the breath.
